ROLE DESCRIPTION
As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own the full customer journey - from onboarding to long-term value creation - working closely with CFOs and finance teams.
But more importantly:
You’ll act as the bridge between our customers and our product team, ensuring that real-world finance challenges directly influence how we build and evolve Plinto.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Lead onboarding and ensure customers get off to a strong start
- Drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business value
- Build trusted relationships with CFOs and finance stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and support commercial growth
- Translate customer needs into actionable product insights
- Work closely with product & engineering to shape the roadmap
- Strong experience driving customer outcomes in B2B SaaS (onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion)
- Experience working with finance teams - ideally as a former controller or similar
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholders and processes
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment
- Proactive, structured, and great at building trust
- Fluent in Danish and English
