Rita Bech Hornsleth., Senior Manager SC Planning MY DK,How you will make an impact As Operational Network Planner, your main responsibility is to balance high delivery service to our customers while optimizing our end-to-end supply chain.
You will plan production based on forecasts, ensure optimal stock levels, and work proactively to reduce waste across our supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include Delivering on operational planning across categories Optimizing supply chain performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decisions Monitoring relevant KPIs and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
Leading proactive dialogue between Supply Chain and Commercial teams to solve complex issues Identifying and contributing to optimization initiatives from an end-to-end perspective. What will make you successful You are an ambitious and structured individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work across multiple functions.
You thrive on collaboration and have a natural ability to engage with stakeholders from across the business. We imagine you Hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree Ideally, you have some professional experience from a full-time position, but you could also be newly graduated.
Communicate clearly and confidently, both with data and people Enjoy driving improvements and challenging existing processes Are curious, proactive and open to learning in a dynamic environment Speak and write Danish and English Above all, it’s your mindset and collaborative approach that will make you succeed in this role.
