This is a newly established team, meaning you will help shape ways of working, contribute to a modern creative culture, and collaborate closely with new colleagues across brand, performance, and retail marketing. You will play a key role in driving our brand forward and supporting the continued growth of BoConcept as a global design brand with more than 280 stores worldwide.

The Role As Performance Copywriter, you will create conversion-driven copy that strengthens customer engagement and supports commercial growth across digital channels.
You will combine creativity with data insight, ensuring messaging performs effectively while remaining aligned with BoConcept’s brand tone of voice. You will work closely with Art Directors and the wider Creative Hub to develop integrated campaigns and content that supports both brand storytelling and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities Conversion & Commercial Copywriting Develop high-performing copy across CRM, newsletters, digital campaigns, paid and organic social media, and web platforms Write product-focused copy including product descriptions and campaign messaging Support global sale and commercial campaigns with conversion-focused messaging Create compelling calls-to-action that drive engagement, traffic, and sales Digital Performance & Optimization Execute A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, and CTAs Analyze performance data and continuously optimize copy based on insights Collaborate with performance marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness Support development of landing pages and PPC campaign messaging B2B & Trade Communication Develop case studies and storytelling that supports BoConcept’s trade and B2B programs Create messaging that strengthens partner engagement and supports lead generation Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Art Directors to ensure strong visual and verbal integration Collaborate with brand, performance, and retail marketing teams to ensure consistency across channels Contribute to campaign hierarchies aligned with message and product priorities Skills & Experience At least 6 years experience Strong experience in performance or digital copywriting within a commercial or retail environment Proven ability to create conversion-focused copy across multiple digital channels Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing content Knowledge of UX writing and customer journey optimization Strong understanding of A/B testing and performance analytics Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and organized way Comfortable working within a global brand environment Experience in CGI/AI tools to elevate efficiency within brand principles Personal Profile Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills Commercially aware and results driven Genuine interest in interiors, design, and lifestyle brands Strong understanding of tone of voice and cultural nuance within global communications Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working within a new and evolving team structure Native English speaker Ansøgningsfrist:3/24/2026 Arbejdssted:Copenhagen Hjemmeside:boconcept.com Kontakt os Følg oss LinkedIn Instagram
