As a Senior Consultant, you will help shape solutions that optimize procurement and redefine how organizations create value in a modern, complex business environment.
About the position As part of KPMG’s Sourcing & Procurement Advisory team, you will deliver strategic procurement projects and support business development initiatives.You’ll combine analytical insight with commercial acumen to enhance KPMG’s market position and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Your responsibilities will include: Advise clients on sourcing strategies, sourcing models, supplier selection and supplier management.
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects – from analysis and business case development to operations and contract management.Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including spend analyses, sourcing initiatives, and contract management.
Advice on the use of AI and digitalization in relation to procurement.
Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to sales processes and proposal writing.
Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives in the relevant areas.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning of KPMG’s sourcing & procurement services.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across organizations.
Coach and develop junior consultants within the team.
About you, our newest team member Relevant higher education (e.g., Master's in Business Administration, Master's in Engineering).
Minimum 6-12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement – preferably from the consulting industry or larger companies.
Proven experience in business development, customer engagement, and sales activities.
Solid experience with strategic sourcing, sourcing models, and supplier selection, contract management, and supplier management.
Familiarity with relevant tools and systems.
Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
Fluent in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
