Platform Engineer, IT Infrastructure
At Mind Energy, Infrastructure experience is a priority and as a Platform Engineer, your core mission is to build the internal Infrastructure platforms, tools, and automation that make it easy for developers to deliver high quality products.
You’ll work across platform development, design, and operations, creating the foundation that enables stability, speed, and innovation. DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY TASKS WILL BE You are joining our IT Infrastructure team and help shape a secure, compliant, and scalable hybrid environment.
Platform engineering is the backbone of our DevOps and cloud strategy combining platform development, design, and operations into a modern, high impact function. Your mission is to: Operate, maintain, and monitor our infrastructure platforms, including cloud, DevOps tooling, and core security components Design and develop internal Infrastructure platforms and support the Enterprise Platform team on their developer experience journey Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code, automation scripts, CI/CD templates, and internal tooling Collaborate with partners and vendors to support operational stability and strategic initiatives Document architectures, platform setups, configurations, and standard procedures Support technical project management and due diligence work tied to IT initiatives Provide technical advisory to IT and business functions, turning requests into well designed infrastructure solutions with built in security and compliance Validate vendor invoices and ensure alignment with delivered services and contracts JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You’ll become part of the IT Infrastructure team; the group responsible for the secure, scalable, and efficient foundation powering Mind Energy’s products and platforms.

You think in systems, work proactively, and care about automation, quality, and secure-by-design principles.
