As we continuously drive for growth and plan to expand our team, we are looking for a highly driven and achievement-orientated Student Assistant to be part of our team.
The Role

We’re looking for a Student Assistant (approx. 20 hours per week) to support the Sales and Business Development Team with communications and partner coordination across our international B2B and Educational segments, and our B2C reseller segment.
This role is based in our freshly renovated and centrally located office in Copenhagen and is ideal for someone studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. You’ll work closely with our commercial and marketing teams, acting as the first point of contact for selected partners and helping ensure smooth, consistent, and on-brand communication across the globe.

What you will do- Support and maintain communication with Capture One’s global B2B, EDU and B2C reseller partners, ensuring they have the latest information and assets
- Coordinate updates on pricing, marketing campaigns, product launches, and educational material across our global customer base—including direct customers, educational institutions, and reseller partners
- Serve as a first point of contact for non-technical partner inquiries, forwarding relevant requests to appropriate internal teams when needed
- Help create and maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and partner toolkits to improve communication flow and operational efficiency
- Assist in preparing and sending newsletters, partner updates, and other marketing communications
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure accurate and timely information is shared across all relevant touchpoints
- Contribute to improving partner engagement through surveys, feedback collection, or small partner campaigns
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within marketing, communications, international business, or a similar field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English – other languages are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing relationships with international stakeholders across time zones and cultures
- A proactive and independent mindset – you’re comfortable taking initiative and following through
- A genuine interest in marketing, partnerships, and global business communication
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Loop; experience with CRM or email marketing tools is a plus
