IT Specialist, Solution Consultant

Viby J Are you a self-driven and analytical professional with a passion for sustainability and data-driven decision-making, who enjoys working close to the business to turn sustainability ambitions into concrete IT solutions? As a Solution Consultant your primary focus will be to assist the Product Owner and the Solution Architect with defining the future of sustainability in Arla and create IT solutions to support the business in achieving strategic sustainability goals.
Communicating solutions to business stakeholders and supporting implementation into existing and new processes. Reviewing and testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards. Contributing to solution documentation and supporting roadmap development together with the Product Owner and Solution Architect.
What will make you successful To thrive in this role, you work in a structured and analytical way, communicate clearly, and enjoy collaborating across business and IT in an international environment. You will be responsible for executing data analysis, presenting ideas, and interacting with business and IT stakeholders across the organization.
We expect the ideal candidate brings Experience with data analysis and working in a sustainability-related or business-facing IT context. Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate data and propose solution options. Experience translating business needs into IT requirements and supporting the software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and/or Power BI. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with both business (non-IT) stakeholders and technical teams. Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You will act as a key link between business and IT, helping translate business needs into clear IT requirements and supporting the delivery of high-quality solutions in close collaboration with architects, engineers, data scientists and business Subject Matter Experts.
Your key responsibilities include Clarifying and translating business needs into IT requirements and solution input. Investigating data quality issues and supporting improvements. Contributing to IT solution design and supporting development teams with analysis and clarifications.Communicating solutions to business stakeholders and supporting implementation into existing and new processes.
