Marketing & Events Coordinator
Bucherer Denmark is looking for a skilled Marketing & Events Coordinator to join the team in Copenhagen. Your most important task is to structure and realize marketing initiatives to strengthen the position of Bucherer in Denmark and be a part of the rebranding of Klarlund into Bucherer.
Swiss founded Bucherer 1888 is the leading retailer of Luxury watches & jewellery globally. Bucherer Denmark consist of 5 stores – Bucherer multibrand store in Illum, 2 Klarlund multibrand stores and 2 monobrand stores: IWC and Vacheron Constantin.
In your daily work, you will have contact with the world’s top watch brands and work closely with our strong retail teams. You will benefit from the experience of both the local team and the Group Marketing based in Lucerne and be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns in the local market to continuously build on the brands local market position.
The position requires a profile who can work in the cross field between project management and marketing. To succeed it is required to be pro-active, open-minded, hands-on and very well structured. There are often many projects and events ongoing at the same time, and you should be able to prioritize and work efficiently with a strong overview of deadlines.Work outside normal office hours must be expected monthly. You will join the administration based in Copenhagen where you will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
The primary tasks- Implement & conduct the general marketing campaigns in local market in close contact with partner brands and Bucherer Marketing in Switzerland
- Oversee digital communication through social media and newsletters for both Klarlund and Bucherer in coordination with Bucherer Marketing in Switzerland and partner brands
- Organize, execute & participate in events including follow up reporting
- Support all stores with client activations
- Independent & pro-active

- Ability to work with many projects & prioritize
- General digital capabilities
- English and Danish fluent oral & writing is a must.
Full-time position: 37 hours/week.
Start: Preferably August 3rd, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
