At UTRY, we are on a mission to bridge the gap between unique bodies and digital fashion. With over 1.5M DKK in soft funding and live VTO (Virtual Try-On), we are ready to scale.
We are looking for a key early hire to lead our sales engine, someone with a founder mindset who is hungry, strategic, and ready to shape the future of online shopping.
THE ROLE: YOUR STRATEGY, YOUR SUCCESSWe don’t believe in micro-management or rigid scripts. You are the specialist, and we trust you to lead. Working closely with our Co-founder, Jonas, you will have full autonomy:
- The Freedom of Strategy: You define how we reach fashion brands. Whether you prefer the phone, LinkedIn outreach, high-impact email campaigns, or networking at industry events - you choose the tactics that work for you.
- Full Ownership: Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to high-stakes demos and closing.
- Physical Presence: You can work from our office in Aalborg or remotely. However, since the best deals are often closed in person, you will visit fashion brands across Denmark to demonstrate UTRY's solutions.
We want you to feel the same excitement for growth as a founder. We’ve built a compensation model that rewards quality and results:
- Base Salary: A fixed monthly base.
- Performance Plan: A front-loaded commission model where you get rewarded the moment you close a deal.
- Loyalty & Quality Bonuses: We pay extra for long-term partnerships and for landing high-volume partners that thrive on our platform.
- Freedom & Trust: Work remotely from anywhere in Denmark, manage your own schedule, and grow with the company.
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): 600.000 – 900.000+ DKK per year (Uncapped).
- The Strategic Closer: You thrive on B2B sales and know how to navigate decision-makers in the fashion and tech industry.
- Bilingual & Local: You speak and write Danish and English fluently. This is a requirement to manage our Danish market and international ambitions.
- Based in Denmark: To facilitate physical demos and client visits, you must be residing in Denmark.
- Mission-Driven: You want a chance to solve one of the biggest problems in fashion using AI and smart data.
