Our mission is to make digital growth simple for independent retailers who don’t have time, technical skills, or large marketing budgets.

- A live product in the market
- Paying subscription customers
- Commission-based revenue
- Initial traction and validation
Now we are ready to scale, and we are hiring this role for this exact reason.
THE ROLEWe are looking for a commercially driven Marketing & Sales Lead who can take ownership of our growth engine.
This is a hands-on role. You will build and execute both marketing and sales, not manage an existing team.
You will work directly with the founders and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, with a very high degree of freedom. Danish speaking is required.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESGrowth & Marketing
- Build structured lead generation targeting physical retailers
- Define positioning and messaging for independent shops
- Execute LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
- Develop partnerships and local market initiatives
- Improve conversion funnels and onboarding
- Track KPIs (CAC, activation rate, churn, LTV)
- Own outbound and inbound sales processes
- Engage directly with store owners and decision-makers
- Structure CRM and pipeline management
- Build repeatable sales playbooks
- Close subscription deals and support upselling
- Implement and optimize modern SaaS tools (CRM, automation, analytics)
- Use AI and automation to increase efficiency, including AI agents
- Build scalable systems instead of ad-hoc efforts
IDEAL PROFILE
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in B2B SaaS marketing and sales
- Ideally understands small business or retail environments, or has an interest
- Is comfortable working in an early-stage company
- Is hands-on and execution-driven
- Has experience with modern tools (automation platforms, AI tools, etc.) as well as traditional SEO and paid ads
- Thinks in terms of scalable systems, not one-off campaigns
- Is entrepreneurial and commercially sharp
Experience selling to small retailers or local businesses is a strong advantage.

COMPENSATION
We are flexible and open to structuring compensation based on the right profile:
