Regional Sales Manager EU & APAC

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B revenue growth across EMEA and APAC markets. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on selling cloud-based healthcare technology solutions – including PACS, RIS, Teleradiology, and EMR/SaaS platforms – to diagnostic groups, imaging networks, hospitals, and healthcare enterprises.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build and manage regional channel partnerships, and serve as the primary commercial point of contact across your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Own and manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for cloud-based PACS, RIS, Teleradiology, and EMR SaaS solutions across assigned EMEA and APAC territories

- Drive ARR growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with diagnostic groups, imaging centers, and healthcare networks.
- Recruit, sign, and enable exclusive regional channel partners to extend market reach and accelerate pipeline development.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs tailored to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale satisfaction.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related tools.
- Represent the company at regional conferences, trade shows, and partner events
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or health-tech sales experience, with a proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals ($100K+ ARR)
- Direct experience selling into MENA, EMEA, or APAC healthcare markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Domain Knowledge is a MUST
- Familiarity with radiology workflows, PACS/RIS/EMR systems, and digital health infrastructure
- Understanding of healthcare procurement and regulatory dynamics across multiple geographies
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and pipeline management best practices
- Strong presentation and demo skills -ability to communicate technical value to both clinical and non-clinical buyers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures and time zones
