We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Training Officer to lead and continuously strengthen training and development activities on site. In this role, you will be a key driver of capability, ensuring our teams have the skills they need today and tomorrow.
About the position
As Training Officer, you will be part of the HR team at C&D Foods (Denmark) A/S and be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and continuously improving training activities across the site. You’ll play a key role in shaping the competence development of our entire site.A chance to influence processes, strengthen our teams, and create real impact every day.
Your key areas of responsibility:
- Training Planning & Development
- Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer
- Training Documentation, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Examples of tasks could include:
- Partner with managers, supervisors, and HR to identify training needs and contribute to the development of annual site training plans
- Collaborate with HR, L&D Specialist, among other internal stakeholders, to design and deliver high‑quality training programmes, both in‑house and in cooperation with external providers
- Responsible for practical onboarding, including training at machines and the delivery of structured and engaging induction programmes that ensure a strong and compliant start for new employees
- Keep the training matrix up to date and ensure documentation is always compliant and audit-ready
- Coordinate and support our Train‑the‑Trainer structure
- Monitor completion rates and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain and continuously improve training materials, facilities, and systems
- Drive continuous improvement, incl. digital documentation initiatives
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training and competence development within a manufacturing environment (experience from the food production industry is highly valued)
- Proven ability to manage the full training cycle, from needs assessment and planning to delivery, follow‑up, and evaluation
- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take initiative and drive training activities in close cooperation with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Experience with administrative tasks, combined with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and audit‑ready documentation
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and training‑related systems, with a structured and organised approach to work
- Professional‑level proficiency in Danish and English, both written and verbal, is required for this role
