In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing insightful information about our diverse gaming products. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Guide customers through our gaming offerings to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement.
- Participate in training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge of our products.
- Fluency in Danish and a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer care.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in the local culture.
- A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a significant asset.
