About the position as Recruiter

We are now looking for a Recruiter to be a part of our Nordic recruitment organization for Webhelp Nordic.

In the role of Recruiter you will work closely with our Nordic Recruiter, where you will support our Employee Journey. Your main tasks will be the following:

• Assessment of candidates
• Employer branding - including the attraction of the right talents through the right advertising channels, social media, profiling training, education fairs, etc.
• Conduct interviews
• Reference check
• Control admin work around the recruitment process

You will mostly recruit our employees within customer service, but also higher positions within Finance, HR, Management, IT and Facility.

• Strong communication skills both orally and in writing in both Danish, Swedish and English
• You have a friendly, positive and open-minded attitude and get well along with others
• You are driven and adjust easily to changes. Flexibility is key to create the best candidate experience.
• Interest in Employer Branding
• Have experience within HR/Recruitment or study HR at the moment
• You are self going and are not afraid of taking initiatives

HOURS: Flexible during opening hours 8-17
