International Sales Support Specialist
Join Vitrex Medical A/S as an International Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting the successful development of new sales projects across global markets. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our Area Sales Managers (ASMs), contributing directly to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to ASMs in the development of new sales projects
- Participate in identifying, developing, and following up on new sales leads and potential customers, increasing conversion and revenue
- Maintain accurate customer data and ensure high data integrity in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Prepare forecasts, dashboards, and sales performance reports, analyzing trends, budget performance, and sales efficiency
- Manage customer communication by providing product information and documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on administrative and coordination tasks related to campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities
- Assist in selected VMG strategic sales projects, including international tenders (when relevant)
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and medical industry regulations
- Serve as a back-office resource and backup for ASMs in case of absence
- Coordinate internal meetings and prepare relevant materials
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the medical device, pharma, or healthcare industry in an international environment
- Has an interest in project management
- Is familiar with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive) and structured data management
- Has strong Excel skills and enjoys working with data, reporting, and analysis
- Is detail-oriented, structured and works well both independently and as part of a team
- Thrives in a coordinating role and enjoys collaborating across functions
- Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
- Is motivated to further develop within sales analytics and related business areas
