We are currently looking for motivated volunteers/interns to assist our team part time until mid September.

Your Role
As a Startup Program Assistant at TechBBQ, you will be part of a dynamic team contributing to various aspects of the event and its preparations. Specifically working towards making the program and communication with applicants for Startup Showcase and North Start Pitch for the 2-day summit, and executing on operational elements to help bring it to life.
YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:- Communication with the applicants for the Startup Programs
- Together with the Startup Program Manager you will evaluate the applicants and making sure the requirements are fulfilled
- Being the point of contact for the Startups / applicants
- Supporting the Events teams with ad-hoc tasks
- Is motivated and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Can move between different tasks with ease
- Strong communication skills (internal and external).
- The ability to connect with a wide range of people
- Professionalism and service-minded
- Committed!
- Experience with events
- Interest in and understanding of complex technology/entrepreneurship topics
- Stakeholder management skills
