We are looking for top‑performing, motivated individuals with a strong interest in how business, economic policy, and government work together to drive strategic change, and with solid understanding of the Danish and broader Nordic context.
We expect you to have strong analytical and written skills, as well as the ability to work independently on complex, cross‑border topics related to competitiveness, economic policy, and public-private collaboration.You should be comfortable translating ambitious ideas into practical initiatives and concrete implementation, contributing to the development and advancement of new strategic concepts in Denmark and across the Nordic region, with a clear focus on real‑world impact.
Our ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, for example in consulting, strategy, policy advisory, economic analysis, or a related field Master's degree in economics, public policy, political science, business, international relations, or a related discipline Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex economic, political, and institutional issues Demonstrated fluency in written and oral English; Danish or another Nordic language is an advantage Solid understanding of the Danish and Nordic context, including economic policy and public-private collaboration Clear, structured thinker with strong process management skills Ability to work independently and contribute reliably in fast ‑paced environments Experience translating strategic ideas into concrete initiatives and practical implementation We encourage individuals to apply even if they do not meet every single listed criteria.

PROJECTS YOU COULD IMPACT Advocacy & Campaigns Dalberg Media works with non-profits, businesses, philanthropists, and governments to support their sustainable development agendas.
Prior engagements include working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support their advocacy work in the Nordics and the GE Foundation on an online advocacy campaign for access to safe surgery in developing countries.
We are also often engaged to craft strategic communications and advocacy strategies for philanthropies, large multilaterals, development banks and CSOs.
As part of this work, you'll be able to provide advice and deep analysis on current trends, create reports, infographics, and op-eds.
Content Production & Storytelling Dalberg Media works to build strong narratives that helps drive impact.
As an example, we are matching creatives from low-income countries with community leaders to drive informational campaigns that can change behaviors among people at risk.
We are also supporting the roll out of digital health products in Malawi, Tanzania and Sri Lanka.
RE:Solve Global Health is our independent journalistic platform for insights, conversations and solutions on urgent global health issues and approaches to build resilient healthcare systems and healthier societies for all.
We also run a podcast- Re:Solve Talks, a series of candid and nuanced conversations with experts from various industries, tackling what is holding us back from building healthier societies.
Experiences, Training & Facilitation Dalberg Media is involved in running several global platforms related to sustainability, global development, and innovation.
As part of this work, we design and execute experiences that engage a diverse set of stakeholders in the global development agenda through physical and online workshops, trainings, convenings, and innovation labs
- all to enable impact-driven people to share ideas and work collectively on local and global development issues.
Skills building and youth empowerment are often integral to these experiences.
