We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong project management toolkit and the ability to lead all phases of project delivery — from conceptualization and scoping to implementation and follow-up.
From day one, you will take on significant responsibility for planning and delivering projects, guiding teams of consultants while coordinating closely with global management.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously and collaborate with colleagues across all levels of the organization, as well as directly with clients and partners nationally and internationally.
Given the breadth of our thematic and geographic portfolio, you should be excited to engage across a variety of workstreams and projects.
This may include developing communication strategies, designing and implementing advocacy initiatives, and curating creative, impact-driven content.
We prioritize individual learning and professional development and actively support your growth through mentoring and thoughtfully staffed project experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include: Leading project teams in problem-solving and end-to-end project execution Planning and managing workstreams while coaching and supporting junior team members Leading client meetings and presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Refining and quality-assuring project deliverables Reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to global management Contributing to the ongoing strategic development of Dalberg Media's project portfolio, including supporting business development efforts, proposal writing, and building impactful partnerships Our ideal candidate Our ideal candidate brings a strong interest in global development and innovation, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, self-starting approach.

Additionally, your qualifications include: A master's degree in political science, international business, communications, international relations, development studies, public/global health, or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally at the intersection of global development and innovation, including at least 1 year of project management experience (e.g., within a consultancy, agency, or similar environment) A creative and structured mindset with the ability to independently manage and drive multiple parallel workstreams with multidisciplinary project teams A rigorous and structured approach to analysis, with confidence presenting key messages to experienced audiences Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build, lead, and nurture client and partner relationships Experience working across advocacy, communications, strategy, or related project environments is considered an advantage Fluent professional proficiency in Danish and English We encourage individuals to apply even if they do not meet every criterion listed.

PROJECTS YOU COULD IMPACT Advocacy & Campaigns Dalberg Media works with non-profits, businesses, philanthropists, and governments to support their sustainable development agendas.
Prior engagements include working with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to support their advocacy work in the Nordics and the GE Foundation on an online advocacy campaign for access to safe surgery in developing countries.
We are also often engaged to craft strategic communications and advocacy strategies for philanthropies, large multilaterals, development banks and CSOs.
As part of this work, you'll be able to provide advice and deep analysis on current trends, create reports, infographics, and op-eds.
Content Production & Storytelling Dalberg Media works to build strong narratives that helps drive impact.
As an example, we are matching creatives from low-income countries with community leaders to drive informational campaigns that can change behaviors among people at risk.
We are also supporting the roll out of digital health products in Malawi, Tanzania and Sri Lanka.

RE:Solve Global Health is our independent journalistic platform for insights, conversations and solutions on urgent global health issues and approaches to build resilient healthcare systems and healthier societies for all.

We also run a podcast
  • RE:Solve Talks, a series of candid and nuanced conversations with experts from various industries, tackling what is holding us back from building healthier societies.
You'll be able to use your skills in creating appealing narratives and content strategies.
Experiences, Training & Facilitation Dalberg Media is involved in running several global platforms related to sustainability, global development, and innovation.
As part of this work, we design and execute experiences that engage a diverse set of stakeholders in the global development agenda through physical and online workshops, trainings, convenings, and innovation labs
  • all to enable impact-driven people to share ideas and work collectively on local and global development issues.

Skills-building and youth empowerment are often integral to these experiences.

You will help shape these platforms, lead innovation workshops, and assist with tools and participant sourcing.
