You will: Lead and develop a team of Project Managers Strengthen and build long-standing relationships with global key customers Ensure world‑class execution quality across scope, budget, timelines, and customer satisfaction Drive the professionalization of our execution processes, tools, and governance Own the performance of all retrofit execution KPIs and ensure continuous improvement Act as the escalation point for key projects and supporting Project Managers in resolving critical challenges Build close collaboration with internal key stakeholders, including Everllence regional service hubs Drive the execution of new retrofit solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements We imagine that you: Are motivated by building strong teams, optimizing execution performance, and driving meaningful results for both customers and the organization.

In an ideal world, we imagine that you: Have proven leadership experience within project execution, technical project management or engineering operations preferably within the maritime industry Possess a strong technical background (e.g.
marine, mechanical or electrical engineer, or have equivalent maritime experience) Enjoys building close collaboration with internal key stakeholders, including Everllence regional service hubs, as well as long-standing relationships with key customers.

This position is based in Copenhagen, where you will join a collaborative management team, heading teams of Sales Managers, Project Coordinators and Product Managers, all committed to driving excellence across our retrofit product portfolio.
