Key about your team

You’ll be part of a cross-functional and highly professional team, distributed across Denmark, the Netherlands, and India. The team consists of business analysts, developers, and testers, working together to deliver high-quality software.

This role is based in Denmark, where you will join our development organisation in Copenhagen and collaborate closely with international colleagues.

We embrace an agile mindset, and the team is involved in every step of the development process - from planning to production-ready delivery.

Key about your role

Keylane is looking for talented and detail-oriented Java Backend Engineers to join our growing Product Development organisation in Copenhagen.

You will work on Plexus, our standard back-office platform used by customers in Denmark and the Netherlands. Depending on your team, you may work with areas such as policy administration, life event handling, calculations, payments, or integration services.

As part of one of our Danish development teams, your tasks will include:

• Participating in scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Analysing, designing and implementing solutions for new features
• dentifying and resolving bugs

We are looking for developers who:

• Have solid experience with Java and enjoy working with high-complexity systems
• Are comfortable working with large-scale financial transactions
• Have experience with our technical stack: Java, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Hibernate, Gradle, and MSSQL
• Value teamwork, involvement and collaboration
• Enjoy working with agile methodologies and tools
• Are proficient in English (Danish is a plus)
