This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in complex system environments and wants to make a real impact on sustainable digital solutions. What is the job about? As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and integrating complex digital systems that combine hardware, software, and connectivity.
You will ensure system-level coherence across embedded software, IoT platforms, cloud services, and user interfaces, while aligning technical solutions with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions that meet customer expectations and comply with industry standards.
Your main responsibilities: Define and maintain system architecture for digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components. Drive end-to-end system design, covering embedded software, IoT connectivity, cloud platforms, UX, mobile applications, security, and testing.
Collaborate with our business to ensure that Product Development understands strategy and develops the capabilities needed for the future. Collaborate with Solution Architects and specialized engineers to ensure technical consistency and quality.
Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize performance and scalability. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity principles and regulatory standards. Promote innovation and adaptability to emerging technologies. Your background: We imagine you have: Solid experience in system engineering for complex digital solutions.
Strong knowledge of embedded systems, IoT connectivity, and integration of hardware/software components. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and data modeling.
