Marketing Automation Specialist
About the role
This Marketing Automation role is solely focusing on small business customers. We work with an engagement model built on 7 customer sub segments, which enables us to target communications and marketing efforts with precision. These segments are designed to align our strategies with customer needs, ensuring relevance and impact across digital touchpoints.You will join a collaborative team that values curiosity, experimentation and measurable results.
This role will be central to designing, developing and executing personalised 1:1 marketing initiatives that promote customer activation, retention and loyalty. You will be responsible for creating segmented and targeted marketing campaigns and flows across owned channels such as email, Netbank and mobile bank for business customers.
On a day to day basis you will be part of an Engagement Squad, where direction on key deliveries is set and you will be part of delivering on these initiatives in cooperation with skilled colleagues across various functions. This role suits those who recognise the value of personalised marketing for business growth and are driven to develop efficient, customer-focused solutions.
Key tasks:
- Design, develop and execute personalised 1:1 marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement, loyalty and retention among existing customers.
- Develop target group briefs to or with the analysts, set up activities, and evaluate and adapt campaigns to optimise performance.
- Create target group-based marketing flows for email, Netbank and mobile banking channels to support product launches, activation of existing products or digital tools.
- Implement cross-Nordic campaigns and customer journeys that can be tested and scaled across markets.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, focusing on optimisation and measurable results.
Who are you?
We are looking for a colleague with strong marketing automation capabilities, a proactive mindset and the ability to manage complex tasks. In addition, we see you as someone who brings:
- At least five years of 1:1 marketing or marketing automation experience; Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Experience Manager.
- Expertise in building and executing email campaigns within a complex system and data landscape.
- Experience with target group segmentation, channel strategy and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to develop and optimise activities with tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and the specific requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Hybrid work (1-2 days a week) and flexible hours.
