Digital Marketing Specialist, IBSA Nordic

Are you a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives on turning strategy into measurable business results?
IBSA Nordic is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of digital initiatives that support sales performance, strengthen market awareness, and accelerate growth across our portfolio where we hold a market-leading position within aesthetic medicine, as well as our pharma-related treatments.
In this role, you will report to the Nordic Marketing Manager and play a key part in translating business objectives into high-impact digital activities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, and social media, always with a clear focus on lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
This is more than an execution role. You will also- Actively drive traffic, improve lead quality, and equip the commercial team with strong digital tools, insights, and content that support performance.
- Work hands-on with campaign development, content creation, and user journey optimization across platforms, while continuously analyzing performance to maximize ROI and commercial impact.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and collaborate closely with our digital marketing agency, regional sales team, external partners, and key stakeholders across the Nordic region.
What you bring
You have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or lead generation, and you understand how digital activities contribute to tangible business growth.
Additional qualifications are- Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media, and you bring a strong performance mindset to everything you do.
- Being a superuser of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and a content editing tool of your choice. In addition,
- Having solid experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and project management in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are required.
You combine creativity with strategic thinking and stay up to date on digital trends, tools, and technologies.
