KPMG’s Due Diligence team in Denmark is expanding, and we are looking for Managers, Senior Managers and Directors to join us in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

About our team We are a rapidly growing Due Diligence team advising clients on transactions, integrations and separations.
As part of KPMG Deal Advisory, we work closely across disciplines and borders, currently with more than 60 colleagues in Denmark.
Together, we have supported more than 200 transactions for some of Denmark’s largest companies and leading international investors.
We are also on an exciting journey towards becoming one Nordic firm, which is creating new opportunities for cross‑border collaboration, broader career paths and exposure to a wider range of clients and industries.
This development means there is significant room for growth, influence and progression for new colleagues joining the team.
Your role As part of our Due Diligence team, you will advise Danish and international corporates, private equity funds and investors on important transaction‑related decisions.
You will work closely with clients and colleagues throughout the deal lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor in complex and often business‑critical situations.

Within Due Diligence, we work across a broad range of transaction‑related services, including: Buy‑side financial due diligence Vendor assistance and vendor due diligence Technology due diligence Integration and separation support You will be involved from early deal assessment through to completion, often working in multidisciplinary teams and increasingly across the Nordic region and KPMG’s global network.

Key responsibilities Depending on your level and experience, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing teams delivering financial and business due diligence on buy‑ and sell‑side engagements Designing and delivering high‑quality, decision‑useful reports, including analysis of normalized earnings, valuation inputs, cash flow and debt considerations Advising clients on purchase price mechanisms, deal structuring and other transaction‑related matters Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities, proposals and sector insights Playing an active role in developing our people, culture and ways of working About you We are looking for colleagues with solid experience in financial due diligence or related transaction services.

Your background may include transaction services, audit, controlling, corporate finance or investment‑related roles, combined with hands‑on deal experience.
Further, Danish language skills are an advantage and strong professional English skills are expected given our Nordic and international collaboration.
