Novo Holdings is entering a new phase of growth and internationalisation. To support this development, we are strengthening the execution of our People transformation and are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to support this agenda.

As Senior Programme Manager for People Transformation at Novo Holdings, you will play a key role in driving the execution of our People transformation across teams and geographies. You will be part of the Programmes & Projects team within the Strategy & People department, reporting to the Programme Director.

You will work closely with the People organisation, acting as a trusted execution partner to the Chief People Officer and the People Leadership Team, supporting the continued delivery of the People transformation as the organisation scales.

You will be working at our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark.

Your main responsibilities will include
  • Drive a consistent execution cadence across People transformation initiatives to ensure progress and momentum
  • Maintain and continuously update transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and RAG status
  • Prepare and facilitate governance and execution meetings, ensuring clear decision-making and follow-up
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and priorities, enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions
  • Support initiative owners in planning, execution, and adoption of cross-functional People initiatives, ensuring that new processes and ways of working are effectively implemented across teams and geographies, and that scope, risks, and budgets are appropriately tracked
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration, HR, organisational psychology, economics, technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience from consulting, programme management, PMO, transformation offices, or similar roles in complex organisations
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably within People or HR environments
  • Strong programme management and execution discipline with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leaders across functions and geographies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and structuring capabilities
  • Experience with HRIS, digital workflows, or system implementations is an advantage
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in complex environments with many stakeholders
