Based at our Head Office in Aarhus, you will support an international retail setup while driving Finance requirements within store-related processes.As part of our Finance organisation, you will join an agile team working to secure accurate and efficient transfer of sales, stock, and financial transactions from Point of Sale to SAP ERP.
This role gives you the opportunity to shape how Finance interacts with store operations on a global scale. WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT As a Finance Business Specialist, you will act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for store flows. You will define process direction, ensure compliance, and guide Finance development needs for prioritised IT topics.Working closely with the Product Owner, agile team, and other stakeholders, you will secure aligned scope, high-quality solution delivery, and efficient change handling across systems and tools, including SAP ERP, SAP CAR, and JIRA. You will oversee the end-to-end change process, embedding quality from the earliest stages of development while balancing risks through close collaboration with key stakeholders.Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:Acting as Finance Global Process Owner for store flows, ensuring compliance, policies, and controlsAligning stakeholders across countries and functions to secure consistent and standard processesTaking business-oriented Agile roles to facilitate IT deliveryParticipating actively in IT delivery planning and Agile team sessionsDriving initiatives from requirement gathering to solution implementationSupporting process improvement and standardisation efforts globally WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING We are looking for a new colleague who:Has a master’s degree in economics, finance, audit, IT or similarQuickly masters complex systems and has a flair for ITPays attention to details and executes tasks with high quality and accuracyHas experience with project management and the ability to drive initiatives from start to finishHas strong people and communication skills and communicates fluently in English; Danish is a plusHas experience with IT development or system implementations, considered an advantage Additional InformationIS THIS YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY?
