Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with other areas of production to ensure smooth processes and alignment across the factory. You will also play an important role in driving optimization activities within your department and contributing to improvement projects across the organization.
Beyond operational responsibilities, you will manage recruitment and retention, maintain the team’s technical flexibility, and ensure strong overall performance. Who are you? You are a strong and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic production environment. With a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, you know how to motivate and guide your team toward common goals. You communicate clearly and effectively, and you have the ability to create alignment and foster collaboration across departments.
Your technical understanding—ideally supported by a vocational background in mechanical or industrial trades—enables you to make informed decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives. You are resilient, solution-oriented, and comfortable driving change processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
In addition, you bring: Proven experience in managing change and implementing process improvements Familiarity with assembly operations and similar production environments Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably AX Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust within your team A proactive approach to problem-solving and creating shared direction Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience Vocational education, preferably within mechanical or industrial trades Leadership training is an advantage but not a requirement Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken Who are we?
