We are excited to welcome a new Digital Project Manager to join our Digital team at our headquarters in Ebeltoft at the earliest opportunity. About the job As our new Digital Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling and accelerating the digital transformation journey at Kvadrat.
Along with keeping track of digital technologies and trends, the purpose of this role is to manage and deliver digital projects that are centred around improving the customer experience, driving sales optimisation, and ensuring customer service excellence.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Leading and managing digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensuring seamless integration of our core digital platforms – including D365 F&O and CE, PIM, email automation, and more – into all digital projects to enhance data flow, improve operational efficiency, and support a unified digital ecosystem.
Driving AI- and automation-focused initiatives, particularly those aimed at strengthening customer service operations and optimizing sales performance in collaboration with our IT and Business Applications teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, IT, marketing, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders, to align project goals and ensure anchoring of deliveries in the organisation for long-term success.
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital projects on the company's overall performance. Contributing to the execution and development of the digital strategy by staying updated on trends and identifying opportunities to leverage technology and digital tools for business improvement.
Taking a hands-on role in day-to-day tasks and optimisation of existing processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement and scalability. Qualifications & Competencies You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in digital projects.
As our company language is English, we expect you to be proficient in English. Proficiency in Danish is seen as a plus but not a requirement. You possess the ability to translate customer insights into digital solutions that enhance customer experience, while also identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to strengthen customer service and drive sales performance.
You have a strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and process optimisation, enabling you to deliver both strategic initiatives and hands-on improvements. You are an excellent communicator with change management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
