Your mission is to: Drive cross-functional initiatives within Finance & Risk, ensuring alignment between strategic initiatives and execution Analyse complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions Lead and take active part in cross-functional projects to ensure timely and efficient execution within scope and timeframe.
This also includes monitoring risks, dependencies, and potential issues Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless system integration and data flow Develop and execute change management plan to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You’ll be part of our Finance & Risk Process Transformation team – a driving force behind change and improvement across finance and risk.
We work closely with all teams across the Finance & Risk organization, and with IT and Front Office teams, to ensure that systems, processes, and decision making keep pace with a dynamic trading setup.This is a role where you’ll help shape how we work, influence system design and implementation, and ensure that financial risk management becomes an enabler of progress.

We imagine you bring: A master’s degree in finance, economics, or similar (Cand.
Merc. FIN/FIB/IEC or equivalent) +5 years of experience within finance or risk, ideally from the energy sector Project management skills and are motivated by leading cross-functional initiatives Experience with agile working methodologies, system implementation and process optimisation is an advantage but not a prerequisite Good communicating skills and can foster effective dialogue between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that we speak the same language and work towards the same goal across organizational functions A structured approach to data and reporting, with a sharp eye for quality The ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions You may not tick every box and that’s okay.
