Experienced Leader to Lead HCM Business Analysts Team
If so, we are looking for an experienced Leader for our Business Analysts chapter.
As a Chapter Lead, you will have a dual role: half of your time will be dedicated to leading a team of 10 highly motivated Business Analysts that are working with HCM. You will be responsible for their development, engagement, performance management, and promoting a strong culture.The other half of your time will focus on business analysis work within the tribe, contributing to the development of our HCM solution.

You will:
- Lead and coach a chapter of business analysts, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and feedback they need to succeed in their roles
- Build a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement within the chapter and the tribe
- Build a performance culture in the team based on clarity and responsibility
- Drive recruitment and on boarding of new Business Analyst
- Participate as Business Analyst work in the tribe
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Develop and implement solutions
- Communicate with stakeholders
About you:
- Leadership experience in managing and developing efficient teams
- Experience in successfully implementing HCM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar)
- Strong understanding of the HR domain and the challenges and opportunities in HR digital transformation
- A customer-centric mindset and data-driven approach to product development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance diverse perspectives effectively
- Growth mindset and a willingness to learn and manage varied challenges
- Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer:
This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
