Business Analyst – drive finance integration at global scale

Working at our headquarters in Hedehusene, you can look forward to joining our international Group Finance Transformation team – a growing unit working at the intersection of finance, operations and strategy.For the next few years, our primary focus will be the integration of Schenker into the DSV organisation. We are currently 5 dedicated colleagues with the expectance to grow to 10 in the near future within the Finance Transformation Office, department within Group Finance Transformation.
Enable transparency and progress through data and structure This role supports the financial integration of DB Schenker by creating transparency, improving reporting structures and identifying interdependencies across the transformation programme.
It is a hands-on position with strategic exposure, requiring both analytical focus and a structured mindset. More specifically, you: Design and maintain dashboards, trackers and reports to monitor progress and support decision-making Consolidate data and insights across countries and workstreams to ensure alignment and visibility Follow up on deliverables, risks and milestones across the integration roadmap Support the preparation of high-quality materials for senior stakeholders Drive governance, create and maintain documentation, templates and SharePoint structures In this role, your ability to consolidate information and build structured reporting will directly support decisions and bring transparency that shape the future of finance at DSV – both operationally and strategically Cornèl elaboratesAnalytical mindset, structured approach and a drive to create clarity With strong attention to detail, as well as good problem-solving, organisational and time management skills, you thrive in complex environments where progress depends on insight and coordination.

Your proactive mindset and sense of ownership make you comfortable working independently as well as across a wide, global stakeholder landscape.Furthermore, we imagine that you bring: A university degree with a focus on finance or accounting Solid (7+ years) and relevant experience in a finance or consulting environment Experience working with implementing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Proven ability to create and maintain reports and dashboards in tools like Excel and Power BI Great skills for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and demands Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken Experience from a global matrix organization within a corporate environment Want to know more and apply?
