Your role

Sprint365 recently launched a partner strategy, invited other ERP implementation partners in on our methodology and are now experiencing growth within this area. To succeed with this, we believe we need to keep developing our methodology and constantly deliver new innovative products that can differentiate what we deliver from the rest of the ERP industry.

As a Management Consultant, your main task is to move work from our hands into the hands of our partners and thereby ensure the scalability of the Sprint365 Methodology. To succeed with that, you need to engage with our team of implementation consultants, learn from their best practices, see the bigger picture and use that for improving methods, tools, templates, and processes to ensure that our offering is always relevant and deliver the highest level of efficiency in ERP rollouts.

Your tasks will therefore be wide-ranging:

• Conceptualize products and methodologies: Help define our new Product & Methodology department by conceptualizing new innovative tools and methods for faster ERP implementation.
• Train partners and promote the Sprint365 toolbox: Assist in partner meetings, onboard new implementation partners and implementation consultants to the e2e methodology.
• Drive partner engagement: Be the champion of the methodology. Facilitate partner and customer workshops, manage stakeholders, follow-up and communicate methodology changes, and hand over key learnings to ensure that our partners succeed.
• Deliver client assignments. You will work closely with external business consultants and developers to oversee and manage the execution of agreed-upon projects ensuring that ERP systems align with the customers’ needs while promoting Sprint365 standards.

We also don’t expect you to know everything from day one, our onboarding program will help you settle in and grow into the role. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Who you (might) be

We don't expect you to come with 8 years of work experience, but it's definitely a plus if you can relate to some of the following:

• You hold a master's degree within business or IT
• You have 5+ years of experience as an internal consultant or from a consultancy company
• You have significant experience in implementing IT projects and experience with ERP (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365) is a big plus
• You have a high level of English, both written and spoken

• You can work independently and structured with your tasks
• You are systematic and ambitious to deliver a high-quality result on time
• You are bold, innovative, and ask questions to your colleagues when in doubt
• You are open to learning and developing
• You have the courage to work in an international environment
