Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a driven Senior Product Owner to join our Cloud Archive squad in the Customer Capabilities Tribe. The Customer Capabilities Tribe consists of 100 professionals across Denmark, Lithuania, Poland, and India, organised into 10 cross-functional teams. Together, we deliver end-to-end solutions for critical domains such as Fee, Interest, Tax Reporting, and Customer Communication.Here, business and IT professionals collaborate in an informal and inclusive atmosphere, valuing flat hierarchies and open, productive discussions.
The role
As Product Owner of the Cloud Archive squad, you will lead a team that is shaping the future of document storage and utilization at Danske Bank. This critical part of our technology strategy involves building modern, innovative solutions that serve both internal teams and external customers.Your role will be central to delivering a next-generation archive for storing documents, as well as developing new customer-facing screens in our digital channels, ensuring seamless access to important documents.
The squad consists of six highly skilled developers, co-located in Aarhus, who thrive in a collaborative and fun environment with a strong sense of team spirit and a high level of agile maturity.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner who can bring vision, drive, and expertise to our team. We imagine that you have:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a strong track record of driving impactful change
- Expertise in working on strategy, establishing agendas, and having the drive to reach goals
- A genuine interest in people and strong communication skills that inspire and motivate your team and peers
- A natural curiosity and the confidence to build and nurture relationships with a wide network of stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach – asking “why” is second nature to you
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- A belief in the Agile mindset and a motivation to continuously improve how you and your team work
