Brabrand Customer Application Specialist Advansor is looking for a Customer Application Specialist for IT & Digitalization to take responsibility for the maintenance and development of our customer facing applications and help deliver revenue and margin targets!
Interested? Apply now! Your role In this role you will be our new Customer Application Specialist in the Application team in Advansor IT & Digitalization, with direct reference to the IT Director and close collaboration with sales and marketing.
Your initial task will be to lead and facilitate the maintenance and development of our custom developed CPQ application by leading and collaborating with two external programmers. Further customer facing applications within your responsibility are CMS, CRM, PIM and a customer portal.
Your role will be a broad role combining the scrum master, product owner and solution architecture role. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver direct business impact through digitalization by increasing revenue, margins and customer satisfaction.

Continuously identify and implement improvements to the customer relevant applications to optimize business processes. Coordinate customization and configuration of customer relevant applications together with vendors and ensure both process and technical documentation.
Continuously assist in assessing and reducing IT security risks.
It would be a big plus if you have previous experience with Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) applications in your previous experience.

Ensure scalable and stable solution architecture and integrations with other applications.
Perform, in- house 2nd level support for customer relevant applications.
Collaborate with application suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to Advansor IT and Digitalization strategy Lead or support delivery of IT and Digitalization projects.Continuously assist in assessing and reducing IT security risks.
Your Qualifications We imagine that you have experience as a scrum master, product owner or solution architect in an agile development team, and that you get energized from the outlook to take lead in a broad role including elements from al 3 disciplines.
You could have a relevant IT education or a degree in marketing, but main focus is your experience and personality.It would be a big plus if you have previous experience with Configure, Price Quote (CPQ) applications in your previous experience.
