Executive Advisor to Chief AI Officer

Danske Bank has, over the past years, laid a strong foundation for Generative AI (GenAI). We are now enhancing our goals and driving highly transformative initiatives that will accelerate value creation for our customers, colleagues, and shareholders.
To support this journey, we are looking for an Executive advisor to the Chief AI Officer (CAIO). In this role, you will work closely with the CAIO and the newly established GenAI Business Management & Implementation (BMI) team. This role involves perfecting the ability to navigate change in a dynamic, task-agnostic environment, managing strategic tasks, operational follow-ups, and ad hoc problem-solving to ensure the CAIO has optimal conditions for advancing the GenAI agenda.You will work across all areas of responsibility, providing structure, clarity, and strategic support where it matters most.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination:
- Mirror the CAIO’s priorities and ensure alignment across multiple initiatives.
- Jump into diverse tasks - whether preparing executive materials, coordinating projects, or solving urgent challenges.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating needs and removing blockers before they escalate.
Strategic Execution:
- Track progress on GenAI initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on key actions.
- Consolidate updates from across the organization into clear, actionable insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups, ensuring decisions translate into clear actions and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with the GenAI Tribe, Tech colleagues, and senior stakeholders to keep priorities moving.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple teams and leadership levels.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive audiences.
- Monitor KPIs and progress against strategic objectives.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, business management, or strategy execution, ideally within financial services or technology.
- High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity - able to pivot quickly between priorities.
- Strong organizational, coordination skills, and attention to detail - with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior leaders
- Structured approach with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Proficiency in creating visually compelling presentations and reports for executive audiences.
