OT Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced OT Security Specialist to join a team working on securing critical infrastructure in the renewable energy sector. The role involves implementing and validating OT Intrusion Detection Systems (OT-IDS) across offshore environments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Strong understanding of IEC 62443 and ISO 27001; familiarity with NIS2 and NERC CIP. Hands-on experience with OT-IDS technologies (e.g., Nozomi, Dragos, Claroty) and Network Detection & Response (NDR). Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (IEC-104, Modbus/TCP, DNP3, OPC-UA).
Experience with Syslog integration, SIEM pipelines, and compliance evidence collection. Background in OT systems and SCADA environments. Ability to work on-site in Denmark (minimum 2 days/week). Security clearance or eligibility for clearance is mandatory.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Implement and configure OT-IDS solutions in operational technology environments. Develop and execute structured test plans and acceptance criteria for OT security controls. Collect, organize, and submit compliance evidence for regulatory frameworks.
Collaborate with OT Security teams to align with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and regional obligations (EU NIS2, NERC CIP).
