OT Security Engineer – Radar Systems
We are constantly improving and optimizing our advanced radar systems. We would like you to join our Embedded Software team to strengthen and preserve our ability to stay on top in one of the most challenging and advanced parts of modern software industry.
Our radar and surveillance systems are part of critical infrastructure, where OT security is essential to protect both data and operational continuity. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and make a real difference to the security of society From Architecture to Implementation You will join a small team of embedded software specialists where OT Security is an essential part of our delivery and you will work together with the system architects and the rest of our R&D department to develop.
You will help design, implement, and maintain robust security solutions for OT environments, ensuring our radar systems and industrial networks are protected against evolving threats. Your main tasks will include: Interpretation of contract requirements and specify system solutions Interfacing with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors for the best solution Definition of policies and best-practice configuration management Implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) in the system architecture Perform and document risk analyses Advice on software and hardware development and standards Participate in audits when relevant You will work closely with our sales, project, and internal IT Security department, so knowledge-sharing is a must.
Cyber Security competences combined with good people skills We are looking for a colleague with both practical and theoretical OT & Cyber Security experience and the ability to communicate and see a solution through while balancing many different requirements.You can also work independently and lead others when required. Your CV includes the following: An engineering degree with software focus or similar relevant background Practical experience with implementing OT & Cyber Security and Information Assurance Working experience from cross functional teams in a complex R&D environment Good communication skills in Danish and English In addition, you will be familiar with most of the following topics Knowledge of Cyber Security standards such as IEC 62443 Network switches (Cisco) configuration Configuration and development of Windows Server, Windows 11 and Linux DeviceLock, Tripwire, Antivirus, Firewalls, Active Directory, Domain controller and similar tools Protocols like MODBUS, SNMPv3, SSH, video Physical safety (locks, materials, connectors, cables etc.) Your new team You will join a group of more than 65 highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in computer science, engineering, mathematics, and physics.
