We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Partnerships Specialist to join our Partnerships team. The Partnerships team is anchored in our newly established Partnerships & Events department, consisting of 14 dedicated professionals. Our team is international and collaborative, bringing together colleagues from diverse backgrounds who work closely to achieve shared goals.

You will join a group that values inclusivity, teamwork, and the exchange of ideas. The department is responsible for strategy implementation through integrating strategic events and managing key global and domestic partnerships.

Within the context of increasing pressure through climate change, global food shortages and public health crises, the Novo Nordisk Foundation is aiming to increase its global reach and impact. There is a growing need to forge strategic partnerships with international actors, to achieve the Foundation’s ambitions of its Strategy 2030.

The Job

As Partnerships Specialist you will collaborate closely with the Partnerships team, supporting the team with tasks ranging from research to coordinating workshops and events. You will report directly to the Director of Partnerships & Events.

Daily, your tasks will include:

  • Conducting research and analysis on potential partners, sectors and trends
  • Preparing presentations, briefing materials and reports for both internal and external stakeholder
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops and events with partners and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of partnership activities

We hope that you will bring your analytical skills in play to support us in optimising our processes and ensure that we maintain a strong overview of our ongoing activities and projects.

Requirements

You might be a recent graduate or have a couple years of experience working with stakeholder/partnership management, management consulting or project management. For this role, it is more important that you have a can-do attitude, are curious by nature and have strong analytical and research skills.

We imagine you have:

  • A master’s degree and a couple of years’ work experience, either from a relevant student position or a full-time role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish is an advantage, but not required
  • Experience working across multiple departments/functions
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
