Quality Specialist for a Company in Growth

As Quality Specialist you will be a key player and have a main responsibility for the development and maintenance of product quality related processes and systems.

Further responsibilities will be:

• Developing and maintaining necessary quality documentation (e.g., process flow charts, PFMEAs, control plans, control charts, etc.)
• Leading the failure analysis process in case of quality problems and independently handling customer issues
• Conducting data analysis to optimize production processes for dedicated projects
• Preparing PPAP documentation and supporting project quality implementation
• Cooperating daily with the production department and supporting quality training for employees

Your profile

We see you with a degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable studies, alternatively technically oriented apprenticeship in connection with some years of equivalent work experience. Furthermore, you are experienced with problem solving techniques and practical experience in handling customers, suppliers and external service providers.

Applicants with experience from the automotive sector and with insight into aluminium, IATF 16949 and quality tools, are preferred.

On the personal side you are a strong, proactive and a loyal team player and you thrive in a dynamic environment where the days are not uniform.

Strong language skills required in both English and Danish. German as language is a plus.
