Senior Consultant, Marketing & Communication

A central role in a global function DSV is the world’s leading transport and logistics company and relies on a strong Marketing & Communication function to support the execution of our strategy, strengthen our brand and drive engagement across the organisation.
You will become part of Corporate Marketing & Communication, headquartered in Hedehusene, and work at the centre of the global function. You will play a key role in driving strategic planning, coordination and follow-up across teams, disciplines and geographies – ensuring consistency, clarity and impact.
You will report to the Global Head of Marketing & Communication, Pia Stoklund, and work closely with the leadership team and the wider function, translating strategic priorities into structured plans, reporting and well-anchored ways of working.
A structured mindset and strong stakeholder management skills You will take on a role that demands structure, a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work across multiple agendas and stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring alignment, transparency and progress across the function.
Some of your main tasks will be to: Drive strategic planning across teams, disciplines and geographies to ensure impact, consistency and efficiency. Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects across the Marketing & Communication function.
Support the development, structuring and follow-up of annual plans, strategic priorities and key initiatives. Deliver management support, including KPI structures, dashboards, reporting and progress follow-up. Prepare decision material, summaries and recommendations for leadership.
Ensure alignment and follow-up with stakeholders across Marketing & Communication, Commercial, Divisions, and Group Functions. A strong business understanding and execution focus You bring experience from roles involving strategic planning, coordination and management support in a global organisation.
You are comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels and know how to create structure and clarity in a complex environment. Furthermore, you: Hold a relevant degree within communication, marketing or strategy. Have 5+ years of experience with cross-functional planning, follow-up and stakeholder coordination as well as project management, preferably within marketing and communication.
Have worked with KPI structures, reporting and management support. Have a strong ability to structure complex topics and translate strategy into actionable plans. Are highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
