In the Global Marketing Team, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals. Your role As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the development of the global brand plan and drive execution of key strategic marketing initiatives.
You will play a central role in strengthening patient-centric communication, patient support programmes, peer-to-peer activities and congress presence. Based at our HQ in Ballerup, you will work closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure that market needs are reflected in global brand activities and that affiliates are supported in bringing the strategy to life.
Your primary work tasks will include: Drive patient-centric communication and support initiatives, including further development of patient support program materials, image case repositories and establishing consent processes. Develop and execute impactful peer-to-peer activities, webinars and meeting-in-a-box concepts in collaboration with Medical Affairs and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead the brand’s congress presence, including booth design, communication, internal engagement and external collaboration. Further develop real-world evidence communication and value-based messaging to ensure strong relevance and usability across markets.
Collaborate closely with affiliates to understand local needs, ensure strategic alignment and support planning and performance follow-up. A key part of the role will be to act as a strong link between global strategy and local market execution.
You will represent the voice of the markets in the global marketing team and help ensure that materials, campaigns and activities are practical, engaging and relevant. Your qualifications We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in pharma or healthcare.
The most critical competencies for this role are solid marketing experience, strong understanding of pharmaceutical brand execution, experience with peer-to-peer or congress activities, digital customer engagement capabilities and the ability to translate scientific and market insights into impactful communication.
Your key qualifications include: Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience within sales and/or marketing in pharma or healthcare. Experience in developing and executing impactful campaigns, messages and marketing tactics. Experience with peer-to-peer events, congress activities and cross-functional project execution.
Experience with digital customer engagement, marketing automation or platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or third-party promotional platforms is an advantage. As a person, you are curious, creative and solution driven. You are self-driven and able to move projects forward and execute independently while also thriving in close collaboration with others.
You enjoy building new initiatives from scratch, engaging stakeholders and finding ways forward in complex situations. You are structured, goal-oriented and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail. Your new team You will join the Global Marketing Team in Ballerup, Denmark.
The team is ambitious and high-performing, consisting of four colleagues as well as a student and a graduate. You will work closely with colleagues across Global Medical Affairs, customer insights, commercial, digital, congress teams, LMR and affiliates.
