We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question.
Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months. The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.
The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent. Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted. You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing.
This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller. You have the right to receive the personal data you have given in the questionnaire in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as long as an anonymisation of the data has not taken place.

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are expanding our team in Benelux and looking for a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to take our business to the next level.In this key role, you will strengthen our B2B customer portfolio, develop long-term relationships, and drive sales growth.You will be responsible for both new business development and nurturing existing accounts, ensuring continuous expansion in the Dutch and Belgian market. Please note that this position is on-site at our headquarters in Kolding, Denmark.Your responsibilities: Identify and acquire new B2B customers through proactive outreach and cold calling.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.Plan, forecast, and drive sales growth independently while collaborating with the team.Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer needs to identify opportunities.+/- 50 travel days per year, combined with business trips to visit our production sites in the Far East.Your qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business, management, fashion, or a related field (preferred but not required).1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles or a related industry.A track record of expanding business and achieving sales targets.Strong ability to analyze data, seek trends and opportunities, and develop strategic plans.Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent follow-up skills and a structured approach to account management.Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
