We are building a robust transport network to move vehicles efficiently across local and international borders throughout Europe. From OEMs and fleet operators to rental companies and dealers, we provide scalable, transparent, and efficient transport and logistics tailored to the automotive industry.
As we expand our footprint into Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager to lead our growth across Europe with a focus on France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany & Czech Republic.
Your Mission
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients in the region, ensuring that their transport and logistics needs are not only met—but anticipated and exceeded. This role goes beyond traditional sales: it’s about building trust, delivering value, and becoming a long-term, reliable partner in our customers’ success.
Key responsibilities- Maintain and grow a portfolio of regional key accounts focused on FTL services.
- Develop deep client relationships through consistent engagement, service excellence, and trust.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities from untapped markets.
- Champion the BCA FTL value proposition: operational agility, international reach, transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics and planning teams to ensure seamless delivery and highest quality.
- Represent BCA FTL at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.
- A customer-oriented mindset and a flair for creating and maintaining long-term relationships.
- A strong background in B2B sales and account management.
- Experience with automotive logistics or transport, ideally with exposure in Central and Eastern Europe and Benelux markets.
- A structured self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, international environments.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English, German or French, additional languages are a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally to meet clients and attend key events
