The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Provide high-quality customer support in Danish (C2 level)
- Use English (B2 level) for internal communication and documentation
- Represent well-known international brands
- Support customers via phone, email, or chat, in line with company standards

Requirements- Danish C2 (mandatory)
- English B2 (mandatory)

- Customer-focused mindset
- Right to work in Portugal or EU/EEA citizenship
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
- Remote work based in Portugal
