As Global Product Manager – Freezer, you will own and drive the end-to-end product strategy, execution, and performance for Gram’s freezer product portfolio across all global sites. You will operate at the intersection of leadership, product excellence, commercial impact, and strategic delivery, with balanced focus across four key areas: Key Responsibilities 1.
Product Leadership & Cross-Site Alignment Lead and mentor Product Owner and Product Manager across our Kolding and Izmir locations Ensure consistent product ownership practices and priorities. Build strong collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations functions.
Act as the global leadership reference for the freezer product domain. 2. Product & Commercial Ownership Own the freezer product portfolio from concept to lifecycle maturity. Integrate customer and market insights into product decisions. Support sales teams and sales engineers with product expertise in bids and customer discussions.
Align product decisions with cost, quality, and business goals. 3. Operational Execution & Performance Oversee engineering delivery and implementation of performance across freezer platforms. Drive standardization of processes that improve reliability and delivery quality.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, and quality functions to ensure products are delivered successfully and efficiently. 4. Strategic Roadmap & Implementation Translate strategic direction into actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.

Ensure transparency across functions on timelines, risks, and dependencies. Balance long-term platform strategy with operational demands and continuous improvement needs.
