Eupry is revolutionizing how pharmaceutical and life science companies handle temperature compliance through our hardware-enabled SaaS solution. With rapid growth and increasing onboarding of major pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for a Customer Relation Manager to lead our onboarding team and drive successful project implementations.
This role offers the opportunity to be hands-on with project implementation while shaping Eupry’s Customer Relation Team and owning our project implementation methodology. You’ll ensure our approach follows best practices for GxP-regulated projects and provide critical feedback to both our tech team (developing the platform) and our commercial team (scoping future projects).Together with your team, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring customers realize the full value of Eupry’s solution after go-live—delivering the outcomes they expected and paving the way to expand Eupry’s footprint within key accounts.
What You’ll Do
As Customer Relation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the onboarding and long-term success of our customers. You will:
- Lead onboarding projects for pharmaceutical customers, ensuring smooth delivery of our hardware-enabled SaaS solution.
- Own and develop Eupry’s project implementation methodology, aligning with our solutions and industry requirements.
- Shape and build the Customer Relation Team, mentoring and empowering a young and ambitious group.
- Ensure customers gain the full benefits of Eupry’s solution after go-live, driving adoption and value realization.
- Strengthen long-term partnerships by paving the way to expand our footprint in existing key accounts.
- Act as the key link between customers and Eupry, ensuring feedback continuously improves our product and processes.
- Partner with internal teams to translate project learnings into improvements for both the platform and commercial scoping.
What We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced project manager who understands both the technical and regulatory landscape of pharma. You bring:
- Proven project management experience in implementing SaaS or equipment solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- A strong understanding of temperature compliance and GxP requirements.
- The ability to balance hands-on delivery with team leadership and strategy.
- Clear communication skills and a structured, service-minded approach.
- A plus: previous experience from a consultancy environment or leading a young, engaged team.
