As a Client Manager in Investor Services, you will support our customers, offering daily assistance to major Nordic corporate and institutional clients in their post trade activities. We focus on our customers’ needs for post-trade services, which consist of a range of Investor Services products including Back & Middle Office Services, OTC Clearing, ETD Clearing, FX Services.

Collateral Management, and Custody (Global Custody & Depositary Services), Asset Services, Securities Settlement, Tax

The team directs initiatives aimed at enhancing and transforming projects within Investor Services and the bank's post-trade value chain. As a customer-facing role, Investor Services Client Management ensures comprehensive accountability for meeting customer service needs across all Investor Services products.

About the role

In this role, you will gain expertise in FX Services, Collateral Management, OTC and ETD Clearing, Back- & Middle Office Services, along with a thorough understanding of the market, vendor, and regulatory dynamics to effectively engage with the team, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Working with stakeholders, you will drive initiatives and maintain focus to meet customer needs and timelines, acting on behalf of the client. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, serving as their primary Client Manager for daily support and post-trade queries.

You will:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders e.g. Investor Services Sales, Relationship Management,
  • Implementation, Network Management, IT, Operational teams, Legal etc.
  • Secure sustainable customer relations with a proactive and service-minded approach.
  • Lead and facilitate customer meetings, as well as participate in pre-sales and ad-hoc client meetings.
  • Train customers on our digital solutions, guiding them guide through our digital transformation.
  • Onboard new customers and expand services to existing ones.
  • Lead and engage in various projects.

Your profile

You are customer and task oriented, organized and motivated to learn. You thrive working independently, but you are still a flexible and consistent team member. As part of our team, it is vital that you contribute to a good team spirit with a collaborative approach and maintain high-quality deliveries.

The skills to navigate the complexities of working with large corporate and institutional clients are essential. Ideally, you have experience in customer-facing roles with experience in FX Services, Collateral Management, OTC and ETD Clearing in a financial institution.

The position requires strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in Danish and proficiency in English.
