Senior Business Central Software Engineer (Architect/Principal) for Continia Banking Ready to help scale one of the leading banking solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? At Continia Software, we are looking for a senior engineer with deep AL experience and strong architectural judgment.
You will help us expand Continia Banking globally and make complex payment and bank connectivity workflows simple, reliable, and easy to use. About the role Continia Banking is used by thousands of businesses to connect Business Central with banks and financial providers.
As we expand into more markets, we need a senior engineer who can take real technical ownership of the AL foundation behind global payment workflows. This is a hands-on engineering role with architectural influence. You will work on payment flows, bank connectivity, performance, upgradeability, and architecture in a large Business Central codebase used by thousands of customers.
You will write code, make technical decisions, challenge complexity, and help raise the engineering level of the product. You will work closely with product managers, domain specialists, and other engineers to turn complex banking requirements into simple, reliable features.
This is for someone who want to stay close to the code while having a major impact on the direction of the product. Your responsibilities Collaborate on the architectural and technical direction for Continia Banking as we scale globally Build and improve integrations to banks, financial providers, PSPs, and external infrastructure.
Improve payment workflows, setup flows, and the overall user experience. Translate complex financial requirements into simple, maintainable technical designs. Influence development standards, shared frameworks, and extension architecture. Review code, challenge decisions, and help raise the technical level of the team.
Take shared ownership of performance, upgradeability, and stability in a large AL codebase. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience with Business Central development. Experience with payments, banking, financial systems, or complex integrations.
Strong architectural judgment and the ability to build for the long term. Great sense of usability - you care about making complex workflows simple, intuitive, and easy to use. Experience with Azure, DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for building great things together as a team.
