As a Chapter Area Lead in the Risk & Compliance Tribe, you will play a crucial role in executing Danske Bank's Forward'28 strategy, supporting our tribe in building innovative Risk & Compliance capabilities. We're scaling the Risk & Compliance Tribe to support our tech stack modernisation and migration to AWS. As a Chapter Area Lead, you will oversee Chapter Leads and engineers, defining the direction and implementing technology-wide activities across the tribe.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting and implementing IT tribe-wide activities in collaboration with Tribe leadership, Tribe Architect, Guilds, Chapter Leads and Cluster Leads.
- Implementing uniform processes for handling recurring and ad-hoc tasks within the tribe.
- Collaborating with Guilds and Chapter Leads to define the direction for developing people to meet the bank’s Forward'28 goals.
- Working together with the architects to maintain a clear overview and ownership of the technical estate.
About you
You are an effective leader who can set clear directions and communicate priorities. Key qualifications include:
- Catalyst leadership style with a focus on motivation and growth in a multicultural setting.
- Strong understanding of technology and related processes.
- Experience in projects focusing on AWS and .NET.
- Leadership experience, with a background in cloud engineering.
- Pragmatic decision-maker with advanced English language skills.

The workplace is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3-4 days in the office). This role does not include a relocation allowance.
