You will identify, lead, and accelerate category opportunities in close collaboration with the many Brand Managers while owning the full category end-to-end. The portfolio includes private label, our tactical brands and key strategic brands such as Arla Cultura, Cheasy, Arla Protein, Arla LactoFREE, Yoggi, Arla Øko, Arla Skyr, and Arla Karolines Køkken.
How you will make an impact As Category Manager, you will independently lead and develop category growth opportunities while shaping the long-term direction through strategic planning. Your main tasks will be to Own the category P&L, ensuring strong performance and continuous development Act as the in-house category expert, covering market dynamics, competitive landscape, private label trends, pricing, etc.
Develop short- and long-term corrective actions, including securing a strong innovation pipeline across brands Drive execution of the category strategy and strategic bets Facilitate close dialogue with Sales to ensure customer alignment and commercial buy-in Secure profitability through cost-optimization projects with Supply Chain Ensure optimal forecast, capacity utilization and constraint management in dairies What will make you successful You are ambitious, structured, and driven - and you thrive in a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You bring a strong commercial mindset and excel at driving complex projects forward with structure and momentum.
